here's an idea.... chase drive to nashville and meet up with karen. Then the 2 of you find a uhaul and rent a car dolly or a trailer.
put the strat on the trailr/dolly and then tow it up to MI the rest of the way. That way you'd only have to drive half of the way lol.

and if need be either or both of you may crash at my place. I only have a 1 bedroom apt, but the couch in the living
room is a hide-a-bed.

 

I don't have anymore vacation time[&o]I took 3 days vacation in the middle of the june and the other 2 in october. I will be back home for 5 days in August. I'm flying back.

Count me in for the meet up in Detroit. I'll be driving my 2005 Dodge SRT-4, provided the weather is good. And, if possible, anyone from the Cleveland area going can hook up with me somewhere and we can convoy up there.

 

I am trying to organize the people coming up I-75 to meet up at the rest stop in MI. It is at mile marker 11 in MI. Given you are coming from Cleveland, if you take the turnpike, to I-280 to I-75 you will be driving right by my house.

 

I'm gonna try and be there in my 2006 Dakota Club Cab, its only 632 miles away according to Mapquest! I'll try if I can get the day off for work.

 

dude thats about the distance for me and im going to make a weekend out of it, not driving all that way for just a couple of hourslol
