I know he is traveling for work right now, so he may not be able to hop on the forum. (or aim)

If we cant get a group rate, I dont think its a huge deal... most places are cheap enough, I know that place last year was SUPER cheap.

i think that for as few of people we have, there wont be a group rate...it would be cheaper to go through one of the sites like travelocity or something...
