Default Ohio to outlaw racing

In the new issue of Mopar Collectors Guide Ted Celeste (Democrat) passed house bill 191 whick would make it a felony if you are caught racing. Now racing is a subjective term that may include spinning your tires or hard acceleration. This will cause your car to be siezed, not impounded, and you will be charged with a felony. Google 'Ted Celeste' or 'Monica Durban Law' for more information. Only a matter of time before anything with more horsepower than my lawnmower will be a felony offense unless it is a Prius.....
