Default Factory cold side IC hose problem

Found oil running down cold hose from near TB area and running all the way down to IC. Factory clamps were upgraded to the good ones a few months ago and are still tight. As far as I can tell the oil is coming from the sensor and vacuum hose section of the tube. Guess the factory crimps are leaking?A fewquestions please.. Does this mean I probably have a slight boost leak there? Upgrading to Samco hoses will fix the crimp problem created from the factory design? And since I'm still getting oil in the cold side hose should I be running a 2nd OCC? I have the AGP design that mounts near motor mount. And I don't want to use hard IC tubes since I had so many alignment problems with the Mopar CAI. Thanks.

[EDIT]

Shouldn't have said the clamps were still tight. Installed them a few months ago and rechecked them about a month ago and clamps were tight. Today 2 tightened about 8 turns, 1 about 4 turns, 1 needed 2 turnsand 1 clamp was still tight. Didn't think they would loosen off like the factory clamps. And I'm surprised that I hit 15+ psi yesterday. Thanks for trying to help me out Psi.

sounds like you might have your cc hooked up wrong because the cold side ic pipe is where most of the issue is. how do you have it hooked up? also get a check valve, that will help.

If I were to have guessed on how to hook it up, I would have hooked the higher tube to the PCV and the tube in the center of the tank would have gone towards the TB but I hooked it up the way the instructions said to. Center tube went to PCV and top tube went towards TB. Just like in this photo:

When I bought the car new it had oil on the same hose but the oil was only coming from the very bottom around the loose factory clamp. So I won't have to do a search, what exactly is a check valve and where does it install? And sorry if that was a dumb question.
