that is a basic neon with a srt-4 cosmetic body kit, they made a neon with srt-4 cosmetics but with a non turbo engine, just a 2.0 or a 2.4l non turbo, dont waste ur money, i got mine it was a 03 for 14,500, with a bunch of mods and a carbon trunk lid. that car is a srt-4 wanna be.

You're 99.999% right. Yellow was not an "official" color for 2004, but several dozen slipped through the cracks. Those cars are worth a lot more than an "official" color SRT-4 for 2004.
