yeah realy, the cheapest that i have seen a totaled srt was about 4k!

 

harry's u-haul it in pa has sold a few wrecked srt's for around 2k, they're the cheapest junk yard around and well worth the trip if you're within a four hour drive.

dodgeneon - the company that manufacture's our trannys is actually based here in new york and a number of people have spoken to them regarding various issues ranging from synchros, why on earth we have brass shift forks, and what spec fluids the tranny was designed for. they're actually pretty willing to speak to owners regarding the tranny's, and have given us a lot of info. plus it's not hard to find really if you just look at the tranny and look up in the dcx database what else it's used on.
