Default RE: My Trip to the Dodge Dealer

I was serviced at Dodge City South on Milwaukee (27th and Layton for any Milwaukee People). I talked to the Service Manager, he gave me the 1 Free Oil Change for a near death experience. I also called their automated Voice System Sunday night and left a few choice words on there. I just can't believe they offered me only 1 oil change after all that stuff. Lets say the brake line broke and caliper fell off, well my fluid would be leaking and no stopping power at all. The people looked at me like "Don't worry we will get it fixed, happens all the time". And the Service Tech asks me "Did you double check all the bolts to make sure they were tight". HELLO, that is your job. Seriosly, that is the last time for the dealer. With my Civic, dude forgot to put the radiator back in when I first bought the car because I ordered roadlights.....that wasn't a good one either. I should have never given Dodge a chance after my Civic experience. Well, I guess like last time....if any warranty issues come up, I will try to fix it myself first.....lol.

Could someone post or send me a PM on the number? Otherwise I will give my Dad a call tomorrow and ask him. My Dad probably has a speed dial setup to DCX on his phone for the number of times he has called them.

I do have to say this though, Jerry's dodge that did my oil change and rotaion, balanced and rotated the tires not just switch the wheels around. For only 25 bucks I think it's a good deal.

I'm guessing that only a handful of dodge service techs read the forums. It's just a job to most of them. I hate to say that but with all the service nightmares it's not hard to notice.

Hey, another person from wisconsin!!! I will keep a look out for a blue srt, I take mine to Palman in Kenosha, and they seem to treat me good there, I know the salesman I bought it from. They seem to do a nice job, so maybe go there next time, if you must take it to a dealership. They don't let the porters drive my car either, they just beat on them for 2 minutes,ect...If you see a filthy looking black srt, that would be me....PEACE

Thanks for the number, Amanda. I had it written down once, but misplaced it. Next time I go to my dealer, maybe the DF decals will grab their attention!!![sm=smiley36.gif]

That's what I was going to suggest, simply call DCX up and complain directly to them, that is complete BS. You might also want to contact the BBB too.
