the oil gets pushed into the ic pipes. it does not collect in the engine. if there's oil on your plugs then there's another problem.
Oil on your plugs wouldn't be caused from blow by oils.

But, I mean, what is the deal with it, is the oil going anywhere...I have no leaks on the ground...Is it going to tear the engine up or what?

I'm confused why it is needed, and why I should have one?

IDK, I guess I just need the full info on these things...I dont mean to sound like a newb!
If oil gets in your intercooler tubes is hampers the ability of the intercooler to cool the air before going in your engine which means less power since coolor air is more dense and has more oxygen to mix with the gasoline.......
