if you want to just launch and go you're gonna have to go with dr's or slicks. i would also look into the psi-fi traction bushings. i have these installed and you can't believe the difference it makes. even on street tires i get just about no wheel hop. only once did i manage to get some, and that was when i first got them and was testing them out, i dumped it from about 4k and the car did hop, but even then it wasn't as bad as before. i spoke to the guys at psi-fi and they suggested solid mounts and coilovers or springs and the wheel hop should be gone completly.

i have a set of the new psi-fi dogbones on order to take care of the mounts, and i'll be getting a set of IPP coilovers soon to finish it off. as for what mounts are the best, i would definetly suggest the new version that psi-fi has coming. they're machined aluminum, and really nice. i saw the prototype a few weeks ago, and even that looked good. other than them, the new jlm monut is pretty nice, as are the boomba mounts.
