Hi..I would like to know if is there any place who do Custom Bumpers and rear spoiler COT Style?

Sorry for my bad english language im a frenchy from Quebec!!

I would like to put a COT Front Bumper on my SRT4 and also a rear spoiler..

I went to Dover race in July and i saw an Avenger 2008 with front COT Style Bumper and spoiler...

i believe hes referring to "car of tomorrow" from nascar. i dont understand the front bumper part tho. they have a similar wing on modernperformance.com.

 

I know they have a lip available from carbon by design, but it's not exactly COT style.

 

I'm exactly refering to the Nascar New Models..
