Sexy, the term rev limit refers to when the computer pulls power to save the engine from overrevving, like trying to reach 7000rpms.
You are thinking of speed limited, which Dodge has claimed to be 148 since the 03s. Only problem is there have been any number of reputable folks who have run over 150 with ease, up to about 155ish, with reports varying from there to 160 or down to 153. Including one owner in Germany (roach? you know a guy who goes by Turbo Rico?) who has taken his 05 to those speeds.

There are tapes from Germany showing SRTs jamming at 155 for good distances. Oh, GPS verified, most of it. So no claims of speedo error. Most folks who have checked it with GPS report about a 2-3 mph error at most. It appears that the only limit is aerodynamics, with more power allowing more speed, as indicated in the recommended equipment list for S3, which includes W rated tires, for speeds over 160.

What rpm does the rev limiter kick in and what speeds does the limit correspond to in the first 4 gears?

Curiosity mostly. Really thinking in terms of shift points more than anything else. My Miata rev limits at 7200rpm which comes before 60mph in 2nd gear. I was wondering if the 0-60 test times for the SRT-4 require shifting into third or will it reach 60 in 2nd gear.
