You must have misread bro .... what kind of issue are you having ? ..... I have installed 6 of these now with only a minor issue........ If you splice into the wires it tells you to, the TT is going to start counting down when you turn on the car. If you solder the wires into the fuse box like it shows, you will have no issue.

Ok, Srtforums is blocked for me at work ......... but really it's only 4 wires that you have to worry about. The green, red, and blue ( I think blue ) are going into a connector off of the TT, cut the connector off. The green and red wire you should solder into the back of the fuse box at the numbers the How To says. The black ground wire you can put on the nut that holds the fuse box on, and the other wire ( I think it's gray with a stripe, the How to says which one it is) goes into the connector for the instument cluster ( the how to says which hole), all you do is shove the wire in the hole and put the cluster back on. Now if you want to splice the wires you are going to have the above mentioned problem if you follow the how to. ( this is really not a problem just annoying to look at when you turn on the car IMO) ..... but if you scroll down where people start to discuss, someone explains the correct wires to splice into to not have that happen..........hope that helps.... it's early at work and I had to keep stopping.
