Default bov kit?

those of you with hks bov, do u need a piping kit to bolt it on or do u just need the part itself and a block off plate because i'm having people tell me i dont and i do so i dont know. anyone knows let me know. thank you.

You have to have a flange to mount it on ..... buy the E.D Hardpipes with HKS flange.

you're gonna want to lift it most likely and probably take off the front bumper for easiest access. but i think the cold pipe is atleast doable straight from under the hood though. and yes you do need some intercooler pipes for a bov

u dont need a lift, just a jack and stance, and some basic hand tools. i did mine , with the bfmic in like an hour. the hardest part is the block off plate.

just diy the hardest part is the snap ring....stat working ur fingers out....and when ur struggeling, just keep saying "it is possible" lol....i know turboneonstore.com sells a hks kit....igot it on my car.VERY LOUD and high pitched, more so with better intake system. blew mine right off the flange though....so i personally suggest,back it up with a hose clamp otherwise its like drivin a 2.0 neon w/ an exhaust leak if it comes off haha
