Okay I am stoked about this, I just came up to a light and this 335 tt, was next to me, so on green I started to pull away just normal then he tried to match me and I held him off by a nose, then we did it again at the next light and again I pulled just a nose and kept him there, course my tires were spinning all through 1st and most of 2nd. My friend that I called wsa the one that pointed out that it was a tt, and I dont have that many mods just k&n cai, agp wg and hard pipe ( just before the ic), weapon r cold side with a turbo xs bov and mbc set at 10 psi 15 max. I will soon install a walbro pump, just havent had time to put it in, plus i just filled up. What is a good rpm to launch at, I have tried 3500 and spun, and just now 3000 , the tires are set at 32 psi, when I race its 20 psi? Any advise??

 

yea i have a 2005 srt4 stock nd i raced a bmw 335 tt from a 30 mpph roll ndi spun sec nd finally caught third nd i was ahead of him by a half of car then he passed me at like 110 but slow.. good race

 

when i launch i couldn't go past 1700 without spinning i have to hit 1600 exactly otherwise it will either dog down or spin really bad... my car is also stock

The 335s are pretty quick. I raced one in my Neon ES and he beat me pretty good.

 

The one thing you have to remember is an exhaust, intake, and a tune nets these cars around 50HP. So the next time you roll up next to him be cautious you might get a surprise.
