Default Looking at a SRT-4

Hey guys, I'm looking at trading my truck in on a new 05 SRT-4. Whats the going price for these cars? The one I built on the net with just the moon roof was around $21,xxx mark. Are they coming down on these prices? Is dodge offering anything at this point?

Thanks for you help.

That's about what you can expect to pay. You might get them down a LITTLE, but the mark up on the SRT-4 isn't that much, so they don't cut big deals on them. No rebates or incentives either, unless you count PURE DRIVING FUN!!!!!

Thanks I guess its all gonna depend on how much they offer me for my truck. I also may put down around $3-4K.

You MIGHT get a little better deal on an "04 if they have any left in stock since the 05's went up in price....

That's what I thought too, but the websites are saying the warranty is the same.....

Knowing the way DCX operates, get the warranty info in writing before you sign on the dotted line.

No power difference or suspension difference. The "Biggie" for '05 was the Orange Blast color introduction.

Use synthetic oil on your oil changes. These cars run HOT.

Thanx I'll keep that in mind. What kind of gas milage are you guys looking at? The truck is killing me which is one reason I want to switch. Also do you guys run hi octane in your cars? With 93 here being around $2.21 a gallon I don't want to have to fill up often.

Most folks get around 20-22 mpg overall. Premimum fuel is highly recommended, per the owner's manual, the instrument panel, the gas cap lid, the dealer, etc. Anything less will just kill performance....
