i want to change the background color from green to blue. how would i do that.

 

its backlit, so you just need a new facia for the instrument cluster, you can buy them various places online. altough the odometer will still be green.

im assuming the illumination is what you were talking about...

 

you don't need a ndew facia, you just replace the bulbs in the back. you can get the bulbs anywhere, just get 194 led's. autoluminations has a kit i think.
