I became a believer in seatbelts after I totaled out my Ford Fiesta in Germany many years back and walked away from it.

Too bad about the car, but your life is more valuable. You REALLY had something to be thankful for yesterday!

 

I was just looking at the pictures again, and its absolutely amazing, that the cage around you held up so well, but if someone was in the passenger seat, they would've been seriously hurt or even killed. I always have my seatbelt on. If I didn't have it on in my accident, I would've pulled a superman.

Cars can be fixed or replaced, but people can't. You lived, and theres a reason for it, one day you'll know that reason.

You can be the best driver in the world, and all it takes is one idiot to ruin everything. Again I'm so sorry . I wish you the best with your next vehicle, whatever that may be.

Yah, did the Maxima stop? What do you think you will get to replace it? Will you still post and visit us?

The Maxima diddnt stop. One of the guys that was with me in his car went chasing after him but there was no way he was going to catch him.. The bags diddnt go off but I think in that case it was prob better. The front end is pretty screwed up. Intercooler is crushed like a beer can so I cant really salvage it. Head is cracked so is the block. turbo was broken off the manifold.

 

Those pics are pretty scary...glad you made out okay. sorry to hear about the car...I would be sad. But I guess when you look at the car, you realize it could of been a lot worse. Car saved you.

 

You'll have to forgive me... but... you ARE getting a Dodge truck, right?! I mean... you know, you and I always got along great... but I don't wanna have to come over and pound on you a little when you are recovering from a wreck like that cause you made a bad decision. Hehehe!

Please stick around. You don't post much, but you are part of the family... buy another Dodge... it'll be like coming home all over again.

Good choice with the Ram. I had an 03 with the Hemi. That thing had a ton of power, Towed awesome, but I stopped racing karts and sold my trailer, and I needed something that got better milage, and fun. It was tough letting it go, but I now have SRT. I almost bought a WRX. Glad I didn't. You are one lucky man!
