instead of a fuel return line how about a Jet Chip Dodge Neon SRT-4 Stage 2 ...Stage 2-Designed for the performance enthusiast, the Stage 2 features more aggressive programming to make the most horsepower and torque available. Fuel and timing curves are extensively modified for peak performance and drivability. Requires use of 91 octane fuel, 180 degree thermostat and free flow exhaust. Also works well with aftermarket intake systems, mass air sensors, TBI spacers, etc.

Detailed Description

The JET Performance Module for Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep vehicles is a JET exclusive. Dynamic Spectrum Tuning provides power gains across the entire power band-not just at full throttle. Point by point air/fuel ratio, ignition advance and various other tuning points provide performance gains of up to 25 horsepower. Improves throttle response, acceleration and low end torque.

i was told this will do just fine...

No chip...... it depends on what you are trying to do. If you just want a little power by adding something like a chip... then get the Stage 1 ecu.

The Jet chip stage 2 is good for a normal Neon, I had one on my SXT, it was great but with the SRT like burnout said go with a stage 1 or even a stage 2 like I am doing. How big is the fuel line, I might be making my own just need to know if factory uses 3/8 or 5/16? Plus the other side of the regulator goes back to the fuel tank right?
