Your oil light is on most likely because they simply removed your factory oil sending unit to install the oil pressure gauges' sending unit and since it is no longer getting a signal from the factory sending unit it activates the light. This is nothing to worry about as long as the gauge is reading proper pressure which yours appears to be. AFR is self explanatory, air to fuel ratio. The ideal A/F ratio is stoich or stoichiometric which is 14.7 to 1 which is 14.7 parts air to 1 part fuel. Yours is showing less air and more fuel which is a rich condition which forthe SRT-4 is common and safe, because lean is bad. The lower the number the richer the mix and the higher the number the leaner the mix, and it's better to have a little too much gas than not enough.
