I picked up the new MOPAR Performance air filter yesterday for my wife's new '05 SRT-4. I opened the hood and found what I assumed was the air cleaner's box... the flat black plastic piece in the driver's side front. Sadly, it hasn't got the usual tool-less fasteners/clips... it looks to have five or so 5/16" or 8mm hex head screws along it's perimeter. Is that it? Is there a gasket/seal to replace? I had no tools with me then, of course. Thanks!

yup thats where the air filter is, I bought a screwdriver with those attachments form walmart for like.. $6.

 

As long as you do have tools you'll be alright. But if you don't, then you need to go to Sears and get yourself some Craftsman mechanic tools for Christmas, nothing like giving yourself a gift, but you can say that it's a gift for your SRT-4.
