Default Repair Issues

Ok so my car has been having awesome issues mostly downshifting into 3rd and the occasional upshift into 3rd, so i finally get around to taking my car to the dealership, 1st problem is since i didnt buy the car @ the dealership right down the st from my house rather than bringing itwhere i bought it which is an hour away, i had to get authorization from the warrenty company since it wasnt the dodge warranty but some company Zurich? So i go back after i get all the information from the warranty company and they diagnos the car today and tell me they think its just best to get an entire new transmission rather than them rebuilding mine, yet the warranty company wont cover an entirly new transmission just new parts torebuild one andthey did not actually take apart without my permission, but that i should know that once they tear the transmission apart that the warranty company may send a represenative to come and "inspect" and put his 2 cent in and say weather or not they will cover it and if they do not then i have to pay out of my pocket for them to either but it back together or for a new transmission, and i was informed that my car has a turbo, BOV, STS and an intake. THis is where i said maybe this wasnt a good idea, if they need to tell me my srt-4 is turbocharged and there is no bov and that the moron who owned it before me just cut the shift rod rather than buyin a STS, so now i either need $4000 for a new transmission and a clutch or some magic dust to fix 3rd.

Any One Else Have these issues before?

Thats what i was thinking, but when i called the warrenty company they had already been told of the "mods" that i do and dont have, So idk if they are going to say Neglect, the company was askin if my oil was full and if it was leakin to make sure i was maintaning the car Correctly. Think im going to try to find a loaner of $4000 then see what happens in case i do get stuck
