Default Beeping sound?

I did a little searching of these forums and found nothing. Whenever i am getting on the gas hard and running up the rpm's, not all the way to the redline. I hear a very faint beep coming from somewhere at the top b4 i go to shift. Like i said b4 i am not running it up past say 5,500 b4 i go to shift, then i hear this faint beep. Anyone ever hear this? I am assuming it is not a rev limiter but maybe i am wrong. It sounds almost like a CMOS beep on ur computer.

It's your turbo bro! Right now it's a faint whistle without mods. Put on an intake and a blow off and you can hear it scream!

Odd.[8D] The CAI will definately make you forget about any beeps since you won't hear it over the loud whistle of your turbo.

This car is real funny. The other day i was driving to work and every time i took off from a light it beeped at me. I was like what the hell is that. After i looked down to the speedo i noticed it said that the door was not closed. Next time it does that look for it on the speedo and see if it says anything. It also beeps if you have the E- Brake on and try to drive that way.

ive never heard mine make any type of beep noise other than door not closed. i had a mopar bov installed with in the 1st week and didnt take it to red line for a few thousand miles. why would the ecu release boost? and u said u dont take it past 5500... well thats different from redline. and are u at WOT when this happens or are u under low boost or no boost?

the noise byebye is refering to is IMO the greatest noise a car can make. it usally starts at WOT around 4400rpm to red.

and i dont have a comment for u neonorangeblast on the ebrake.... [sm=icon_beat.gif]

Im not saying i drive the car with the ebrake. I have 1 or twice gotten in the car and tried to take off and the brake was on. So it beeped at me so i would take it off.
