Default Idle problem

ok i wish i had an OBD 2 but i dont, so i just wanted to know, cause its common, im having idle issues, and my car was running and idling fine right below 1k, and now all of a sudden its idleing over 1k like 1100 RPm sometimes 1200RPM, and its annoying, and when im dirving normal speeds, and flip it into neuteral it will rev up to 2500 RPM and sit there till i come to a complete stop, so i just checked all my vaccums, nothing, cause i just inspected them like a week ago, and my BOV is holding, wastgate fine, turbo good, just cant seem to find the problem, so if someone has had the same problem in the past, and has found the solution, please LMK, its been almost a week with this problem, so any help would be greatly apreciated.
