ive been looking srt 4's for awhile and im trying to se how much its gonna cost for payments and how much insurance is.. im 18 with no prioror record .... and another ?

my friend has a 2002 neon and he wants his car lowerd but the coilovers he has now are wayyy to low and i kno u can ajust some but idk is there just regular lowering springs that will make it ride nice and smooth or if hes stuck with a ruf ride along with the sleekness

2nd Question, I have yet to see a carloweredAND have a good ride to it, I dont care what manufacture makes them, the ride will be rough and tough...these cars come from the factory with a TUNED suspension for a reason!
