EBAY usually has a pretty good selection if you don't have any luck here.

 

saw them in the past on ebay for bout 100 ea plus shipping. good luck finding one

 

You can try this site. They look like pretty good replacements and you can buy a single one if you want. They don't come with lugs or center caps though. You can probably get the center cap from a dealer and probably the rim itself, but the price will be pretty high no doubt.
