if you could start back over?
"I don't know, I like the factory raked stance they have from the factory, it reminds me of the good old musclecars look."
that is cool except the SRT-4 isn't an old muscle car-its a sports compact and the high factory stance doesn't fit the car

i might add that the changes i've made to my ride height have greatly increased my cars handling generally and in the corners. so being a daily driver that participates in spirited driving from time to time i think this configuration best suits me. besides they're adjustable for height, so if i wanted a more "ranked stance" for "more traction" when i bring it to the dragstip than i could do that too. and thats why i got the stage 3 coilovers, versitility is the name of the my game.
I'm well aware of that, I just think it looks really good as is and it adds to it's aggressive looks. If I were gonna take it around a road course then I would prefer to have it nice and level, but the chances of it getting put on a road track are very unlikely.

Yeah, the car stands out with the rear end up....everybody and their brother around here has a low-rider. It's great to be different!!!!!!!
Actually the musclecars were mid sized affordable 2 doors 4+seater with a high power V8 (mostly big blocks, however some small blocks were added) and RWD. The SRT-4 is not a musclecar, however it is a car with muscle, there is a difference.
My point was that it's closer to the philosophy of the muscle car, which was to put a lot of HP in a smaller lighter vehicle and make it affordable to a teenager. The original muscle cars were V8s and RWD not because that was some performance formula, but because it was the only game in town. The muscle-car philosophy was really nothing more than big HP in a cheap car.
Sound familiar?
