im just wondering if its normal on every srt-4 that when you shift gears specially on first and second that your clutch pedal almost gonna hit the ground before it shifts.is it really that low the srt clutch suppose to be?coz i have an 05 srt-4 and i asked the dealer and they said its just normal.i need your help guys.ty

 

mine disengages quickly... it doesnt have to be in far. so id say no thats not normal.. and the gear your going into shouldnt matter.

 

mine disengages maybe 1/2 way down, a little earlier possibly. take it to another dealer if they won't help you. i had a similar issue when i first got my car, the clutch just felt wrong. turned out it was a bad slave cylinder.

 

tonight i tested my clutch if its really working fine and on changing gears its fine it change gears after i push the clutch pedal half way but on first and reverse you have to push the pedal alittle bit deeper like 1 1/2inch left before it reach the ground specially the reverse.and on first gear im wondering if how deep it should be on the pedal just for your car not to move when your on stop and on first gear without pushing the brake pedal?i need your help guys see if its just normal
