100 psi oil guage and 150 psi oil press sender
My friend gave me a 100psi cobalt autometer oil guage and I have a 150psi oil press sender. I was wondering if that would be accurate or not before I install it.
If you have more than that oil pressure you have an issue. It will read just fine
. When you start it up the gauge should read around 100psi. Driving on the highway it should read between 30-50psi, and at idle mine reads around 20ish. You should be just fine. You can install it in the head of the engine. Underneath the intake there is a small plug with a square recess in it. Its a 1/8NPT just as the sender is....
