Default Poly kit or Sway bars?

With my 2004 SRT-4 what would I see the most performance change in...going with a poly kit for the suspension, or just getting front and rear tower bars? I want to maintain the stock ride quality, if possible, and waht would the effects be for each..the more info the better.

Thanks for the help as usuall.

Also , the tower bars are about 350.00 for the set, while the chassis poly. kit, is about 150.00 or so.

I'm assuming you mean strut tower bars as you stated in your post rather than sway bars as you mentioned in your title. You will notice a bigger effect by installing the bushing kit, more specifically the LCA bushings. The endlinks, tension strut bushings and sway bar bushings are ideal as well, but the LCAs will provide a bigger benefit. When I installed mine this past winter after around 90k of driving on the stock ones it was an enormous difference in the stiffness of the car. While Strut tower braces do provide this as well on a different wavelength, its not during daily driving that you will feel its full benefit.

Thanks for the help, with the bushing(poly kit) how will the ride be on it, rough, like 1.5 inch lowering springs or, will it be just like what stock feel is like?

Whats the best to go along with? I want a stock type ride, not rough and nasty...

Should I just get tower bars and call it a day or get the poly kit...I'm at 32,000 miles

Neither one of the options is going to give you a rough and nasty ride. If anything, the prothane bushing kit is going to help tighten the car up and get rid of the sloppiness the stock bushings provide. The factory LCA bushings are prone to failure, and should be upgraded anyways. The strut tower bars are really just an option for better handling. I would go with the bushing kit first, it will ride just fine, if not better than your stock bushings (your LCAs are probably on their way out if they aren't already).

You have two options: Prothane, or Energy Suspension. After alot of research I chose energy suspension and bought the kit from energysuspensionparts.com the cheapest place I found the whole kit available in black (not red).
