Hot Rod Power Tour
Anyone going the long haul this year? I'm a 2 time long hauler, 03 as a copilot, 04 in my 66 stang. This year there I will be taking the stang again but my brother may be joining in with my srt (he is too lazy to get his crap running for the tour). there is a small group leaving from pittsburgh on friday june 3rd. all are welcome.

http://www.hotrod.com Sorry, would have been helpfull in my original post, huh. Its a 7 day/7 city road trip, this year from Milwalkee, WI to Kissimee, FL. Last year there were over 2000 cars on the long haul alone. Everything from roadsters to late models, junkyard heaps to $upercustom$. ~250 mi between stops so you leave in the morning and arrive at destination ~3, hang till dinnertime then go party. Good times.
Might be tought for 7days since i took off the whole month of Jan to attend to my sid kid, and my sick head. We can still up for someything bro. I belive they still have drag races down in Broadhead on that mile and half highway that they never finished, I use to race my 68 slant sic Dodge Dart there.
I definately want to hit some tracks this year, there is the Beaver Valley complex and the old keystone 1/4 mi (Pennsylvania sumpthin speedway???), the annual drag in front of Heinz Field (sponsered by PA Speedway) and flashlight drags at Butler airport. There is also a good 1/8 miler over the ohio line. Not sure I what ride I will run but I know running something is much more fun than watching. Will be out and about in the spring for sure.
