i got the mopar exhaust for my srt4 few months back, i love it,
now im thinkin on buying a 3 inch downpipe with no cats.
will the downpipe void the warranty on the car? or will it only void the warranty on the exhaust

 

It truly depends on what dealership you go to, and how much of a dick they want to be. Actually the DP, by LAW, cannot void your entire warranty. However if damage caused to the vehicle's engine/components/etc. has something to do with the DP then your warranty will be voided for that part, and that repair. Due to the fact that an aftermarket part had something to do with and/or caused the damage.

But like I said depends on the dealer you go to, some are cool, others are dicks.

 

Exactly what Sexy said ^. Your running without the cat can get you into big time trouble, always put it back on before you take the car in for ANY type of service.
