From what you suggest, you'll be in violation of all of the motor vehicle codes in the USA......

What do you want to know. I have a few how-to's and what not I can try and find.
First off we'll need to get a list together. What's your budget on lights? As far as Projectors, bulbs, shrouds, clear lenses (optional), ballasts, wire harnesses?

Well I have a set of headlights from a 2007 zx6r and I was gonna retro fit those into my stock headlights, I dont have an HID kit for them yet cuz I wanna make sure I can make em fit and look good before I go buy them. I already have both headlights apart and now I am cutting the reflector to fit the new lights, but I am not sure how to mount them to the reflector

are those headlights from a car? When I googled it, it gave me a bunch of rockets. Make sure your cut of is going to be completely horizontal before make cuts, also are the projectors Bi-xenon or just a single beam projector?. Here is a good tutorial that I would suggest watching.
How-to retrofot There are three parts to the video. I would stay away from HID kits, they aren't as good as OEM products. Get some good ballasts Matsush!ta Gen 3 ballasts are highly recommended, with some 85122+ D2S bulbs. Also make sure you get a wire harness so you don't risk burning your OEM harness. What size headlight bulbs come factory on your truck?

I have these, and did them myself. You cannot bake the stock headlights they won't come apart. You need to buy Depos or Eagle Eyes as they will come apart. You also need different projectors, e55, e46, tsx, tl, Valeo (what I have), etc. Shroud for the projectors and a shroud for the headlights unless you plan on using the stock reflector and painting it.

Here is a great how-to on it, and the one I followed. There is one person to my knowledge that still does these, he's on the other forum, BoostLee.

Or check out:
wwww.hidplanet.com they sell kits and have an amazing forum.

And here are my Valeos w/4300k in the headlights and the projector foglights with 3000k bulbs (the license plate light is a white led, not blue) These shots are unedited and right off the camera:

Here's the lights themselves:

Valeos are Bi-xenon? I always thought they were singles? You did a very nice job with the headlights BTW.
