Hey my names Jess, im new to the form
Does anyone know what the backspace is for a 17x6 factory Srt-4 wheel?
And also does anyone know if the 2004 neon sxt is pre-wired for factory fog lights?

SRT-4 wheels have a +45 offset. They will fit the SXT but not with the stock tires. You would need to run a 205/40/17 rather than a 205/50/17 because the 50 series is too high and will hit the strut.
And no the car isn't wired for foglights if it didn't come with them, you would need to wire them yourself.
