205 is perfectly fine. Tranny fluid needs to be changed every year or at the very least every other year. I dont care what the owners manual says. Make sure you use a Mopar specific ATF+4 fluid. I'd recommend a synthetic like Redline. I dont think the fluid is the reason you are have the tranny issues that you do, but I'm willing to bet the fluid has not been changed often enough.
