Your best bet is to order an aftermarket nose for an SRT-4, that way you know that it will fit and it will allow plenty of air into it. It will also just look like you have a regular Neon with a body kit. And if you really want to keep it looking like a sleeper then paint the intercooler black so no one can see it.
