Ok so you can call me a loser cause I drive an SX but I when I bought it, it had the skirts, a rear lip, and the spoiler on it but still had that gay stock front clip on it. I love that aggresive look you guys have on your srt's I think I can interchange the front end cuz its the same body style. Any comments, advice questions ? places where I could find a cheap front end ? Also I am having troubles with the intermitant wipers, basicaly they dont work what so ever, and I looked for a relay and they dont run off of one, so it has to be electrinc right ? I figured you guys would have a better idea ...

There really isn't a way to find a cheap SRT-4 front bumper. Even used they go for around or over $300. MSRP is over $500 on them. Check the motor for the wipers and the multifunction switch.
