Where would I go to have a stage 1 reflashed. I bought it used, but it was never installed, but it had been flashed to his car. I just got back from my local Dodge dealer and they told me that it can't be done. They said it is perminent.

 

It's not permanent at all, they need to Re-Key the PCM the same way they would if they were programming a new key. Alot of dealers don't know how to do it so you could always send it out to flight systems in CA.

 

I had mind reflashed at a jeep dealer $97.**** the service writer go and talk to one of the techs thats what I did and it was done. lol good luck trying to find a Dodge dealer the shut down 7-8 dealer in my area!!!
