Default Versions of the neon

Lately I have seen two versions on the Dodge neon years 2003-2005 I was unable to identify. They both looked exactly the same and appeared to be stock. They had an SRT-4 looking front end however it was missing the two air ducts and the inserts around the fog lights. It had a hood scoop, dual exhaust, and a wing looking like an SRT-4 but the rims were very basic that you'd see on a regular neon and the spoiler was large like an SRT-4 but no SRT badging anywhere. It kinda of resembled the prototype SRT-4 (pictured below) but sounded nothing like a real SRT. Does anyone know what edition of the neon this was? I believe it to be 03-05 based on the headlights.

It was the SRT style Neon. Just a base neon that had the show but none of the go that the SRT-4 had. I believe they offered it in 04-05. The 300 also had a SRT style edition.

So what was this edition of the neon called? Or did you have to order the special parts from the dealer and have them install it? It's odd dodge would bother to make a similar looking bumper bit ajust it a bit just for this purpose.

I agree it's sad and stupid because when those honda boys race one and win they think they just beat an SRT-4 which makes the real SRT look slow. Dodge may as well slap hemi stickers on it too. And yea i've only seen 2 in my life.
