Still a problem i just take it easy now... No hard core gasin it atm.
The car is completly stock besides the mopar blow off as far as i know.
And it has a CAI
And an APG wastegate
And when i take the pin out of the WG it feels broke or lose like i can move it allll around.. Is that normal??
But i have still not fixed this problem.

its the gearing of the transmission that makes a higher spike in different gears.
There is a locking nut on the AGP that needs to be tightened or else it will adjust itself. A boost controller or bleeder can be used to regulate the spike like you did, but optimum psi range for stock turbo is about 18-19.
