my car will never go past 3 or 4 pounds of boost unless i floor the peddle fast mutiple shops have checked it with no result wastegate is new all sensors are new i gata figure thi9s out!!!!!

 

a shop wont check for boost leaks. Chances are you have a loose clamp or open hose all together

 

i had them run vacuum and boost leak check and it came up fine

 

it has to be some thing loose, its a big boost leak. For a boost leak you need positive pressure and a spray bottle with soapy water. I would still go through and retighten all your hose clamp and zip tie any vaccum hoses.
