yeah there is something like that in massachusetts. i was told by the other person's insurance company that i wouldnt get any money cuz i was more than 50% to blame, but i didnt have to pay for his thank god. just not sure if he was more than 50% to blame as well cuz that would be stupid. but whatever, im just glad i didnt end up paying for some guy to pull out in front of me.
