Default Mopar Exhaust

I know a lot of you are running the Borla/Mopar exhaust...

So I have it on my car now (still waiting on the S2 kit to arrive... weeks, months, years[:@]) my question is though... how do you keep the tips aligned?? I get them aligned... tighten everything up... drive around... and they're pointing in different directions again... ugh! same process... drive around, pointing in different directions again...

ideas? suggestions? thoughts? comments?

Sniff, sniff. What's that burning smell?

Seriously, the tips have a habit of moving around, especially when you drive on lousy roads like we have around here. I used to fuss with them, but now I just leave them alone. One tip is about 1/2 inch lower than the other. I can live with that because nobody stays close to my rear long enough to notice the difference!!!

I've had the same problem. I recently realigned them, when I first put them on I had to get it done before the rain came and didn't screw with aligning them too much and the right tip stuck out an inch or more than the left side, not to mention the right being lower than the left. When I finally got around to realigning them I noticed that they both moved inward some and were no longer centered in the cut outs. After the realignment the left was tight to the top and the right was down just a little more, it was also now just about an eighth of an inch out more than the left tip instead of the inch or more that it use to be, they are centered again as well. Since I've driven it some since for the first time ever the left tip is down some away from the cut out like it should be and right now they both seem to be perfectly aligned and centered, God I hope it stays that way. I'm gonna get under there and retorque them to hopefully keep them where they are.
