Right now i have the mopar blow off valve and I am looking at the HKS super sequential, I really like the sound of the HKS but I didnt realize that you have to buy a preasure pipe thats 220$ along with the 210$ blow off valve. Is this true for all blow off valve replacments since the mopar is just a conversion kit, and is there any way to mount the blow off valve to something else so i dont have to buy a preasure pipe. Any help or suggestions you guys could give would be great thanks.

 

nope you need both. and with some companys you have to pay for the flange too.

 

I think Forge makes a blow off valve that is direct fit.

 

i'm in the same boat as you are silversrt79...but if you check on modern performance you can get the HKS BOV for 210, but you can get the ATP Turbo Upgraded Pressure Pipe with BOV Mount, that the HKS will fit to and thats only $140...keeps $80 in your pocket

 

Thanks for the advice guess im going to have pay 400$ for this blow off valve i hope its worth it. The forge blow off valve is that a super sequential like the hks or is it a conversion kit like the mopar?

 

it's an actual new bov, but it mounts in the stock location. it's basically a glorified blue plate.

the bov and hard pipe set up is worth it for more than just a nice sound. the hard pipes can actually help you see more boost, and help reduce leaks in the system.
