Moter mount!!! Do i need a new one???

ok i think my mount is screwed up, It is not sittin str8 it's a little to the left is that normal.... Should i be able to move the mount it self with my hand??? i will take some pics here in amin

The mount should be pretty stout. Are all 4 bolts tight enough?
Im assuming you are talking about the upper mount.
