what is the differance between a intake for a car that has a turbo than one that don't have a turbo

There is no difference in functionality. All intakes do the same exact thing: suck cold air into the engine.

However the only difference would be how it fits onto the car. For instance, turbo eclipses and NA eclipses have different intakes because obviously one has a turbo and one doesnt. Same with regular neons and SRT-4s.

Alot of people with Turbos also opt for a wider intake tube, in order to suck "more" air into the turbo. However, the inlet that the intake connects to is still the same size....so whether you have a three, four or five inch tube...its still going into the small inlet.

Yep, which is why I find it very amusing when people go out and get the largest diameter CAI when the turbo inlet or throttle body is much smaller.
