The only grommet I heard about getting sucked out that seemed likely was the one on the pressure pipe between the intercooler and the throttle body when they have been replaced with aftermarket pipes. The CAI should be free flowing enough to keep it from sucking the grommet out, but it is a very smooth polished surface that it's in. It shouldn't happen if it's put in properly though.
