What DP is the best and why???
I am looking at downpipes on modernperformance, and see that they sell a couple different ones.
The ATR with race cat, and test pipe - 349.99
The ATP with race cat and test pipe - 349.99 + 79.99
And then there is the Maxxfab with race cat and test pipe - 350
Which one is the best or does it make a difference?

I am sure they are all nice. I have the Maxxfab and have been very happy with it. Good welds and an overall nice product. I have the interch. setup you mentioned, with the test pipe in, right now. Scott is a good guy, too. That helps, IMO.

maxxfab has the best exhaust components on the market. his welds are beautiful, he warranties his products, and he'll build it to your specifications. customer service is great as well. you can't go wrong with anything from maxxfab!

Honestly I dont know...
I have heard that it sounds a lot more aggressive, and it shoots flames out when shifting or something like that...
It definitely increases the flow as a opposed to the race cat...
I havent seen the figures comparing the race pipe and the high flow cat!

I plan to get the Maxxfab 3" turbo to Mopar/Borla cat-back kit.

i have the TNS(athority) OE Dp with B@B cat back and its loud as hell and shoots flames.. more so now with S2 but yea. OE dp is nice because it bolts up to pretty much any cat back you go with.
