Well... the official count... 99 days from the order date... one more day and it would have been a smooth 100 days...

Stage 2 with turbo toys is sitting here next to my lap top at work!!! and this weekend the install commences...

anything I should be aware of?? things to watch out for?? problem areas?? etc?? I am open for any advice! Stage 2 looks simple - the turbo toys seems a bit more tricky!!! thanks guys/gals!

1. DON't break the wire connectors while pushing them into the PCM connectors.
drill out the holes and make sure you push out the plactic ( little black thing) from inside the connectors before you try to push the wire connector in.

Also there isn't much room to move around when you are playing with the PCM wires. SO go slow there, take your time, and it will go just fine.

Have a pail of very hot water handy when you do the intercooler sprayer. Soak the lines in it to soften them for a bit priot to trying to push them on the nozzles. Also set up all the lines and tie them in place before you hook the sprayer up(You don't want to short-cut the lines).

Before you drill out the windshield washer tank, think about getting a small water tank to mount in the car as a second resevoir. You can't spray washer solution through the system, thus won't be able to use washer fluid if you use the main tank. I would have done it this way from the start if I knew.

Take your time and follow Ethan's instructions exactly - they are very good. It took me and a buddy 8 hours to do the whole shebang, probably 25-35% of it was the sprayer.

Also whenever possible solder and heat-shrink splices. You will be happy in a year when stuff doesn't start falling apart.
