i swapped my head lights and fogs justifying the ~$150 expense as a safety issue. however the fogs have blown a month and a half into it. granted i love driving it and i work nights, so lights on more than off. anybody else encounter this problem with their fog lights?

 

Water and /or excessive vibration will cause bulbs to fail early. If purchased from a dealer, call and ask a parts person about the warr.

 

Too many on/off cycles will shorten the life as well; however, that seems too short.[sm=smiley24.gif]

 

If I remember correctly they are making new Fog lights cause the old ones were manufactored incorrectly by the supplier.

Dont quote me on this but I am sure thats what I read on here. New ones should be out around April

I have the Silverstar headlight bulbs, still work great and look great! They didn't make ones for the foglights in my truck (they are off a 99 model Ram) so I have another brand of high intensity white light bulbs in there...

Why did it cost so much?? My bulbs didn't cost at all near that much.
