ok the short version of nivo's post...
the wiring is too short on the tps sensor. all you need to do is move the wires so that it has some more slack on it (if you don't have the tps problem yet). if you've already got symptoms, you need to lengthen the wires and fix the connectors. it's really not a big deal.

MoparSuperCenter.com sells the repair kit for 17.42 or something cheap like that. So if the dealer wont cover your car because of your extensive mod list (if be), then you can pay the 18 bucks and do it yourself.
